RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR CONSUMERS
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
WITHDRAWAL POLICY
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:
On which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods in a single order and they are delivered together.
On which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last item, provided that you ordered multiple goods in a single order and they are delivered separately.
On which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the final partial shipment or piece, provided that the goods are delivered in multiple shipments or parts.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may return the goods within 14 days.

You must clearly inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement, such as an email or letter.
You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, although this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:
The supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or which are clearly personalized.
The supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
The supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed at the time of conclusion of the contract, which can only be delivered after 30 days and whose actual value depends on market fluctuations beyond the seller’s control.
The supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription contracts.
EARLY EXPIRATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts involving:
The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery.
The supply of goods which, after delivery, have become inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
The supply of sealed audio recordings, video recordings, or computer software if the seal has been removed after delivery.
