GENERAL TERMS

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between you and us as the seller through our online store.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

A business customer is any natural or legal person, or partnership with legal capacity, acting in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity when entering into a legal transaction.

CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

The subject of the contract is the sale of goods.

The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer but serves as an invitation to place an order.

You may submit a binding purchase offer through the online shopping cart system. The products intended for purchase are placed in the shopping cart. Using the corresponding button, you can access the shopping cart and make changes at any time.

After entering your personal information, payment details, and shipping information, all order details will be displayed on an order summary page before submitting your order.

Before placing the order, you have the opportunity to review all information, modify it, or cancel the purchase process.

By clicking the button labeled “Buy Now”, “Place Order”, “Pay Now”, or a similar designation, you submit a legally binding offer to purchase.

You will first receive an automated confirmation email confirming receipt of your order. This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of your offer.

The contract is concluded when we accept your order within two days by sending an order confirmation or shipping confirmation via email.

ORDER PROCESSING

Order processing and all communication related to the contract are carried out primarily via email. You are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided is correct and that emails can be received without restrictions, including spam filter settings.

RIGHT OF RETENTION AND RETENTION OF TITLE

You may only exercise a right of retention if it relates to claims arising from the same contractual relationship.

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

WARRANTY

The statutory warranty rights apply.

Customers are requested to inspect delivered goods immediately upon receipt for completeness, visible defects, and transport damage, and to notify us promptly of any issues. Failure to do so does not affect your statutory warranty rights.

If any characteristic of the goods deviates from objective requirements, such deviation shall only be deemed agreed if you were informed of it before submitting your contractual declaration and expressly accepted it.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Austria.

For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not deprive them of the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not apply.

Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract unless otherwise stated.

DELIVERY

Delivery times and shipping restrictions are specified on the relevant pages of our website.

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes to the customer upon delivery, regardless of whether the shipment is insured or uninsured.

STATUTORY LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS

Statutory liability rights for defects apply in accordance with applicable law.
